Today the huge ship arrives. We have been preparing for weeks but yesterday we went into high gear. Banners up marking the clinic so people for Operation Smile evaluation coming from all districts can easily find the location, room prepared for the plastic surgeons, and 45 patients contacted by Sidalia to come for evaluation. Hopefully we can benefit from the presence of this rich resource.

Dr Namika from Japan also arriving today and Friday a visit from the new Japanese ambassador deepening an already close relationship.
