Really quite an amazing tour around Australia...every stop and engagement successful...people warm, welcoming, generous. Reddit a new and exciting experience even if 6 a m...possibilities are endless...and staff at BPC filled in more than adequately...the ultimate beneficiaries are those in need in TimorLeste.

Another baby born to a HIV positive mother...all done well according to protocol..baby on prophylactic niverapine...more importantly not a trace of discrimination or stigma..treated with respect and attention to the task at hand...we have come such a long way.

Another small baby with cyanosis and heart failure..don't think it advisable to wait for pediatric cardiologist visit from Australia...we should be proactive.. Dr Ingrid will do all she can to help.
