Fransisco our driver has been working at BPC since 2006. Always ready to respond to an emergency. Fransisco has travelled to all districts to collect patients.
He has found a way through all kinds of weather and even in the old days, conflicts.
I don’t smoke or drink or gamble. I want to give a good example to my kids. They are the Future.”
Most recently he assisted Yohanna to get to the baby born in the storm. He carried the patient through the flood to get her onto the ambulance after she had delivered at home during the storm. “I like work, helping Dr Dan and the clinic. This is how I serve my country and my community.”
Fransisco is married with 6 kids and one adopted baby. When off duty he goes to church, and then stays home and watches the kids.
“I cook and clean and do the laundry, because my wife works full time.
Our family is a joint responsibility. I don’t smoke or drink or gamble. I want to give a good example to my kids. They are the Future.”
Fransiscos eldest daughter has now graduated school and is learning English and volunteering at the clinic.
