No miracle recovery for boy

A 7 year old boy with a massive abdominal malignancy died in the night yesterday. We were all struck by his spirited fight to survive and grieved by his sudden demise.

I wish to thank everyone who contributed information, advise, good wishes, and medications for this unfortunate young lad.

Unfortunately, although we have become accustomed to seeing miracles in our work, in this case it was not to be.
